I did not receive any message from CyVee to verify my email address. How do I confirm
my email to activate my account?
To activate your account, please help us verify your email address by doing the
following:
a. Go to “My CyVee > My Profile > Edit Contact
Information” and click verify to receive another message from CyVee.
b. Check your email inbox for a message from CyVee.
Make sure you also check the Bulk / Spam folder just in case the message is mistakenly
filtered.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can reset your password here. Please type in the email that
you used before and we will send you the link to change to a new password.

How do I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account by visiting Account & settings, or click here
To upgrade to PersonalPlus for free, you need to complete 100% profile and have
at least 5 connections.
Upgrading to Premium account costs 10 CVD per month. For every 5 new users you invite to join CyVee and connect with you, you can get 1 month of Premium membership for free.
How do I add an email address to my account?
You can add more than one email address to your account by doing the following:
a. Go to “My CyVee > My Profile > Edit Contact
Information” and type in the new address.
b. Check your email inbox for a message from CyVee.
Make sure you also check the Bulk / Spam folder just in case the message is mistakenly
filtered.
The email is successfully added to your account once there’s a “verified” text next
to it.
Why should I add another email address to my account?
Different people may know different email addresses that you have. By adding all
your personal and professional addresses, you ensure that you can be found by those
who would like to invite you.
I accidentally created two accounts. Can I merge them?
Currently we do not allow accounts to be merged. However, if you really need to
do so, please contact us and we see what we can do.
What if I want to close my account on CyVee and be removed from the system?
