How do I confirm my email to activate my account?
Check your email inbox for a message from CyVee. Make sure you also check the Bulk / Spam folder just in case the message is mistakenly filtered.
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can reset your password here. Please type in the email that you used before and we will send you the link to change to a new password
How do I add an email address to my account?
You can add more than one email address to your account by doing the following:
1. Go to “My CyVee > My Profile > Edit Contact
Information” and type in the new address.
2. Check your email inbox for a message from CyVee. Make sure you also check the Bulk / Spam folder just in case the message is mistakenly filtered.
The email is successfully added to your account once there’s a “verified” text next to it.
Why should I add another email address to my account?
Different people may know different email addresses that you have. By adding all your personal and professional addresses, you ensure that you can be found by those who would like to invite you.
I accidentally created two accounts. Can I merge them?
Currently we do not allow accounts to be merged. However, if you really need to do so, please contact us and we see what we can do.
What if I want to close my account on CyVee and be removed from the system?
