Terms of use
CyVee.com (“CyVee”) is an online social and business networking community that connects
professionals. Users can create profiles, make friends, share news, post events,
exchange knowledge, join groups and share opportunities. Members create their own
profiles, and those profiles are then shown to people who are visitors of CyVee.
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between CyVee and you,
the member ("Member"), regarding your use of the CyVee Web Site and any services,
features, contents or applications offered at the CyVee.com domain and related sub-domains
(collectively the "Web Site"). By using the Web Site, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this Agreement. CyVee may change, modify, add, or delete portions of this
Agreement from time to time without advance notice and such changes shall be effective
upon posting on the Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site after such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement. You should regularly check this
page to learn about new terms and conditions as they may affect you. The term “You”
refers to all individuals and/or organization accessing CyVee for any purpose.
Use and Termination
CyVee shall not be held liable to any third party for loss of profit, loss of use,
business interruption, loss of data or cost of procurement of substitute goods,
technologies or services, cost of cover or punitive exemplary, indirect or special
consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the website or this
agreement. CyVee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership
effective immediately for any reason, with or without notice, if you violate this
agreement. You may also terminate your membership at any time for any reason by
sending CyVee written notice of such intent to contact@cyvee.com
Proprietary Rights
Except as expressly authorized by Cyvee, you shall not have any right to upload,
send, post, distribute or modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion
of the CyVee site and/or CyVee Service. With regard to any assistance you may give
in the improvement or development of the Web Site, including but not limited to
any ideas, designs, plans or know-how, you agree to grant CyVee a perpetual, worldwide,
irrevocable, transferable license to use and sublicense the intellectual property
contained in such assistance.
Users’ responsibilities
You agree to not use the Service to:
Propagandize, distort, provoke or provide information against Vietnamese Government.
Mention issues related to politics and religions.
Use uncultured words that violate code of ethics and traditional culture of Vietnam.
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful,
harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
Use the CyVee Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to conspiring
to violate laws.
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate
communication that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights
or other proprietary rights.
Post content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized
advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” or any
other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to
a.Using CyVee invitations to send messages to people
who don’t know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact;
b.Using Cyvee to connect to people who don’t know you
and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without
their permission; and
c.Sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup
aliases, or group aliases.
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains
software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt,
destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications
equipment.
Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited
conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs above.
You also agree that use CyVee Service for personal, non commercialize purpose.
Content Submitted
You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display on Web Site,
or transmit to other Members (collectively the "Member Content"). You agree that
the CyVee may review and delete or remove any Member Content that in its sole judgment
violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate
the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members or others. Any user fail to
follow this agreement many times will be banned to access the website.
Links and other websites
The Web Site contains links to other Web Sites. Cyvee is not responsible for the
content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web Sites, and such Web Sites are
not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by CyVee. Inclusion
of any linked Web Site on or through the Web Site does not imply approval or endorsement
of the linked Web Site by Cyvee. If you decide to leave the Web Site and access
these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
Copyright Infringement Notification
CyVee respects others’ Proprietary Rights and we shall request our members also
do the same. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes
copyright infringement or are aware of any infringing material on the Web Site,

Limited legal responsibilities
We shall not be responsible for compensating, including paying legal fees, any third
party for your activities and usage of the website, for the content you post, send,
for your violation of the Terms of Use, for your violation of others’ rights, or
for your violation of current law.
