  My Position:
  _Marketing & Sale Operation( MSO) -Category Planning
  ************************************************************************************************
  This is a unique position that is responsible for the connection between "above the line" departments ( Marketing, Trade.Mkt, Sale Operation (SO), Customer Service Excellence (CSE), Demand Planning (DP), ect) with the "below the line" departments (Supply Planning, Production, Packaging, Development, Order Processing, Warehouse, ect) to create the smooth flow of finish goods from the begin to the end of supply chain process.
  
  Roles & Reponsibilities:
  
  1. The network leader
  _Taking charge of Laundry Consumer Promotion/Innovation activities to make sure the launch timing, the stock availability, the distribution control, the clear communication among concerned departments.
  
  2. Finished goods management (OMO brand, VISO Brand, Surf Brand)
  _Including daily tasks as well as weekly tasks, monthly tasks, quarterly tasks that help to manage the stock supplement to customers( distributors, Metro, MT, Key Account)
  
  3.Inventory Management & SKUs Complexity Management
  _Be responsible of controlling the safety stocks level on the limitation through the tracking of inventory policies and the adjustment relying on sale trends
  _Review the safety stocks quarterly to ensure the CCFOT level target as well as stock cover KPI
  _Keeping healthy category porfolio rely on the turnover of each SKUs as well as the company strategy to to maximize sales opportunity.
  
  4. Slow moving& Obsolete stock management (SLOB)
  _Determining and maintaining a set of criteria to classify slow moving stocks and obsolete stocks. Through the daily orperation, managing to get the competitive logistics waste
