As the foundation member, my responsibilities covered these things below:
1. Responsible for short-term and long-term plans in the field of internal and external PR. Provides strategic counsel, issues statements and cooperates with sections, departments to plan and implement PR campaigns for the Youth Union and Student Association of the Institute.
2. Plan all the Communication and Advertising plans for events assigned. Select and edit all communication materials including press releases, media kits, content of posters, leaflets.
3. Tasked as the Head of Fund-raising Panel of the events (eg. 26-3 Celebration Campaigns 2006, Miss IIR 2006, Job fair 2007). Manage and develop good relationships with sponsors as Bao Tin Minh Chau Jewery Company, Vietnamnet TV, Holicom Corporation, HT Mobile, etc.
4. Manage financial and human resource issues of the group.
5. Tasked as leader of the Editor Staff of the Young Diplomat Magazine: direct all creative printings communication materials of events; select and edit photos, articles, etc. for the magazine; do other managing assignments.
